Is it hand-drawn?

No. Your portrait is created by AI from your photo in a pen-and-ink style, then printed on the blanket. We say so up front because you deserve to know exactly what you're buying.

What if I don't love the portrait?

Try another photo, as many times as the daily limit allows. You only pay when you order a blanket, and what you see on screen is what we print.

How long does a blanket take?

Every blanket is made to order. Delivery takes about 10 to 14 business days after you order, with free shipping across the US. Ordering for the holidays? Order by December 1 for the best chance of arriving in time.

Which photos work best?

A clear, well-lit close-up of your pet's face, looking toward the camera or slightly to the side. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses on the pet, or photos where the face is tiny.

What happens to my photo?

We use it only to create your portrait and to fulfill your order. Want it removed? Email capotorium@gmail.com and we'll delete it.

What if my blanket arrives damaged or wrong?

Personalized blankets are final sale once ordered, but if yours arrives damaged, misprinted or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
